📋 Description

• Support onboarding, activation, and ongoing management of mobile service accounts • Partner with Inside Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to transition prospects into active customers • Oversee company truck calendars and maintain accurate views of availability, capacity, and scheduling needs • Identify scheduling gaps, underutilized assets, conflicts, and truck-utilization opportunities • Notify the Industrial team when additional business is needed to fill available capacity • Assist with scheduling, routing, and calendar adjustments • Communicate schedule changes and capacity concerns to relevant stakeholders • Bridge Industrial and DTC teams during new-account development and implementation • Coordinate internal discussions to evaluate prospective accounts and determine operational requirements • Identify trucks, equipment, personnel, and other assets needed to support new business • Confirm company capabilities and capacity before commitments are finalized • Coordinate onboarding requirements, timelines, resources, and internal assignments • Track new-account progress and communicate implementation risks • Document and communicate operational details and customer expectations • Monitor initial service activity and assist with corrective actions • Provide updates on truck availability, scheduling gaps, account status, and conversion progress • Maintain records of account requirements, assigned assets, launch dates, and outstanding tasks • Identify onboarding and scheduling challenges and recommend process improvements • Help develop procedures for evaluating, activating, and transitioning new accounts

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Three (3) or more years of experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, operations support, sales support, or supporting cross-functional sales teams • Knowledge of customer service, account support, scheduling, and coordination processes • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and deadlines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through • Ability to build collaborative working relationships across departments and functions • Strong customer-focused mindset • Ability to prioritize work independently and adapt to changing business needs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams • Ability to learn new software and systems • Ability to analyze scheduling, account, and operational information • Ability to work U.S. Central Time (CT) business hours • Ability to work from a state where the company is authorized to conduct business and employ workers • Satisfactory background check • Must meet drug-free workplace requirements
