📋 Description

• Work closely with Sales to support the Sales pipeline, sell Professional Services, and develop Statements of Work defining project goals, scope, and deliverables • Develop detailed project plans, risk and issue tracking, and financial tracking deliverables for implementations • Communicate project milestones, estimated delivery dates, and potential delays to customers and internal stakeholders • Manage and lead multiple projects through completion on time and within budget • Liaise with executives and project stakeholders, providing progress reports as required • Predict and manage resources needed to reach project objectives effectively and efficiently • Respond to customer questions and guide customers through successful Redwood product implementations • Identify project gaps and recommend improvements to project management and implementation processes • Work with Professional Services management to meet and exceed team KPIs • Identify opportunities to optimize and drive efficiencies through AI initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing program/project leadership role planning and managing multiple enterprise-level engagements of varying sizes and complexities • 2+ years of experience leading workload or business process automation engagements • ERP experience, particularly SAP; awareness of SAP RISE and S/4HANA is a bonus • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously • Project management certification preferred • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and management clients, including interaction with senior executives and C-level personnel • Strong organizational skills to manage competing customer demands, priorities, commitments, and projects • Strong time management skills and ability to calibrate priorities daily • Strong analytical skills concerning technical and project management issues • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues at a high level and determine the appropriate path to resolution • Customer service attitude with business development and customer relationship management experience • Ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration with teams in person and virtually • Professional Services Automation (PSA) software experience preferred • Smartsheet experience is a bonus • Experience selling Professional Services to new or prospective clients pre-implementation is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
