📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties on behalf of national and/or global corporate services clients • Assist with implementing portfolio plans aligned with client real estate goals and objectives • Collaborate with brokerage professionals on negotiations for lease, sale, sublease, and purchase transactions • Manage key documentation and client communications • Review and interpret financial analysis • Oversee revenue tracking and maintain transaction activity databases • Ensure accuracy of transaction reports and financial data • Present transaction activity to clients and lead or facilitate client meetings • Improve transaction processes and technical workflows • Assist with onboarding new team members and potentially supervise transactional team members • Develop and implement standardized processes and playbooks • Coordinate broker selection, negotiations, legal reviews, client site visits, and market tours • Resolve landlord/tenant disputes and ensure state real estate standards are met • Assist with client rebate account management • Support strategic real estate planning, business case development, and execution of action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred • 3+ years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate • Client service skills • Oral and written communication proficiency • Financial analysis skills • Negotiation skills • Organization skills • Teamwork orientation • Multi-tasking ability • Ability to coordinate lease, sale, sublease, and purchase transactions • Knowledge of transaction documentation, financial data, reporting, and state real estate standards
