📋 Description

• Lead global change management delivery for a multi-year Oracle implementation • Drive adoption of HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules • Partner with executive leaders and functional stakeholders on adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working • Serve as the primary internal change management leader • Shape change management strategy and guide external consulting partners • Build communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness strategies • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functional leaders • Use feedback, readiness assessments, and adoption data to improve results • Establish change management practices, tools, and frameworks for future transformations • Travel occasionally to Knoxville to connect with stakeholders and support key milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship • Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and organizational change programs impacting multiple business functions and stakeholder groups • Significant leadership role in Oracle, Workday, SAP, or similarly complex technology transformations • Experience in large entertainment, hospitality, or retail companies • Experience directing external consulting or implementation partners while maintaining accountability for outcomes • Ability to develop strategy, influence executives, and solve problems with incomplete information • Ability to thrive in autonomous environments and deliver results without extensive oversight • Willingness to travel occasionally to Knoxville • Role term through January 2029
