• 5+ years of successful outside sales experience within the Data Center vertical sector • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region. • Valid driver's license • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization. • Experience in the Power Management industry • Bachelor's degree in Business, or Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM • Demonstrated ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset • Reputation among peers as ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient, and highly motivated • Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to ensuring customer success • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Ability to build value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations and Regal Rexnord.
