📋 Description

• Enhance and improve interactions with key external US hematology thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices for Regeneron’s hematology bispecific • Work closely with cross-functional leaders from Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and the Oncology/Hematology Leadership Team • Engage in meaningful and strategic discussions to gather insights and share clinical information with assigned key thought leaders • Conduct substantive business discussions related to on-label product information, disease state, and general corporate overviews • Drive strategic thought leader engagements using a customer-centric, needs-based approach • Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at local, regional, and national conferences and during day-to-day business • Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography • Assist with thought leader development • Support speaker bureau program placement and execution, including identifying potential speakers, managing speaker training logistics, and providing feedback to improve presentation effectiveness • Share insights from thought leader interactions with Marketing and other functional groups • Support regional and national advisory board planning, recommend potential thought leader participants, and coordinate selected thought leaders’ participation • Ensure all thought leader interactions and activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certification a plus • Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in 2 or more of the following: Thought Leader Liaison role, field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, relevant medical/clinical experience • Experience in hematology/oncology markets strongly preferred • Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry • Experience with physician-administered biologics preferred • Strong organizational skills and project management experience • Proven team player • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines • Must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, or Massachusetts • Must be able to travel 60%-80% of the time within the territory
