📋 Description

• Support health system and community oncology segments in executing the Provider sales strategy and overall revenue plan • Conduct current-state assessments and collect information on clinical workflows, protocols, and human resources • Serve as the primary oncology clinical workflow expert on the Growth team • Understand oncology care-team workflows, solution features, functionality, and real-world use cases • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and solution enhancements • Build trust and alignment across groups to articulate value and support adoption • Partner with prospects and customers to understand challenges and demonstrate clinical solutions • Guide stakeholders toward decisions that improve operational outcomes and value • Deliver demos, training sessions, and audience-specific workshops • Represent Reimagine Care X Cureety at trade shows and speaking engagements • Present to C-suite audiences with operational, clinical, and data-focused content • Co-develop clinical materials, including white papers, webinars, interviews, and podcasts • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize clinical feedback from customers and prospects • Track patient engagement and experience practices to identify friction reduction actions and communication wins • Advocate for customer needs within the organization • Liaise between customers and the product team regarding clinical needs and product roadmap alignment • Communicate upcoming features, updates, and timelines to clinical stakeholders • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams • Support multi-resourced teams with clinical workflow expertise • Identify leverage points and friction patterns across customers and workflows • Complete monthly current-state clinical assessments, clinical persona outreach, monthly marketing assets, and clinical handoff documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of nursing oncology care • RN required • Active, unrestricted U.S. nursing license required • Oncology operations and clinical experience in community and health system models • Passion for disruptive technology • Familiarity with healthcare technology and HubSpot • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Customer orientation • Ability to travel 25% across the U.S., as warranted by project work and location • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Experience serving as a clinical subject-matter expert while supporting business, sales, strategy, or customer initiatives
