📋 Description

• Partner with Operations, Accounting, and Finance teams to analyze P&L results, investigate budget variances, and forecast performance • Evaluate opportunities to improve site profitability, ancillary revenues, and operating efficiencies • Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes for Operations • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support decision-making • Support deal bid reviews, RFP responses, and contract-related analyses • Develop business cases and ROI analyses for operational initiatives • Monitor Client A/R reporting and escalate collections risks and trends • Support MBR and QBR meetings by preparing performance analyses and presentation materials • Analyze operational performance, revenue trends, labor productivity, and contract profitability • Develop and maintain recurring reports, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools • Identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations • Implement policies and streamline workflows to improve financial performance, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy • Document processes and develop standardized reporting methodologies across business units • Leverage Power BI, Excel, AI-enabled tools, and automation solutions to improve reporting and operational insights • Support implementation and enhancement of company systems, reporting platforms, and operational technologies • Report to the Senior Vice President, Finance and FP&A

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field • 8+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, FP&A, consulting, or related analytical roles • Knowledge of operational and GAAP financial reporting concepts • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes • Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and database concepts • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with ability to work across all organizational levels • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to travel 10–20% as required for operational reviews and business meetings • Must successfully pass a background check • Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide eligibility documentation as required by the Department of Homeland Security • Experience within parking, transportation, hospitality, retail, real estate, or multi-site service operations preferred • Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI platforms preferred • Experience or interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools preferred • Experience working with ERP, workforce management, or Salesforce preferred
