📋 Description

• Analyze article and newsletter performance across platforms to understand what resonates with readers • Translate complex data into concise insights that support editorial decision-making • Help shape editorial strategies to maximize audience impact • Track audience behavior by product, region, channel, and topic to uncover growth opportunities • Identify high-performing formats, topics, and tones, and share insights • Write clear, jargon-free performance reports that explain why certain content succeeds • Design, run, and interpret A/B headline tests • Collaborate with product, marketing, and editorial teams on content promotion strategies • Help build trust and understanding of engagement metrics across the newsroom

🎯 Requirements

• Be a curious, analytical person who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Experience in audience development, digital marketing, or content analytics • Experience in a newsroom, media, or editorial analytics environment highly preferred • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Parse.ly, Chartbeat • Ability to identify patterns in data and communicate insights in plain, accessible language • Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results preferred • Awareness of legal-industry audience preferences and sensitivities • Exceptional analytical skills and excellent written communication • Solid collaboration skills
