📋 Description

• Provide advice and counsel to HR Partners and managers on compensation-related matters • Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures through survey market reviews and proactive pay equity analysis • Collaborate with the broader HR team on compensation structures • Research and analyze reward data and market trends • Ensure compensation programs and reward packages remain competitive and aligned with organizational objectives • Support HR Partners and business leaders through pay review cycles • Monitor competitive market trends and review compensation legislation • Assess organizational positioning • Address reward inquiries through myHR case management • Contribute to incentive program design, HR frameworks, stakeholder engagement activities, HR data management, and job evaluation processes

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in EST or CST • Expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting compensation and rewards programs • Experience with job evaluation and job architecture • Experience with competitive compensation analysis and market benchmarking • Experience with pay-for-performance and pay equity analytics • Knowledge of salary administration practices • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures • Experience supporting annual pay review and incentive program processes • Strong analytical skills for processing and interpreting complex HR and compensation data • Strong advisory and counseling skills on reward matters • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills • Commitment to continuous learning and awareness of relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices
