📋 Description

• Manage and execute the overall SEO roadmap aligned with business growth objectives • Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic, search rankings, and conversions • Develop and implement short- and long-term SEO initiatives across multiple digital assets • Monitor search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitor activity • Conduct technical SEO audits and prioritise improvements • Collaborate with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site speed, structured data, site architecture, URL, canonicalisation, redirect, and XML sitemap issues • Perform keyword research and analyse search intent and competitor performance • Create SEO-focused content briefs and optimise existing content and landing pages • Identify content gaps and scalable organic growth opportunities • Optimise metadata, headings, page structure, and on-page content • Develop and implement internal linking strategies • Support backlink acquisition, digital authority-building, outreach, and partnership initiatives • Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, engagement, and conversion performance • Produce SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations • Communicate SEO progress and business impact to key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of delivering organic growth • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and content SEO • Experience planning and executing SEO strategies from concept through implementation • Proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations • Demonstrated success improving rankings, increasing organic traffic, and generating qualified leads or conversions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Highly organised with strong prioritisation and project management skills
