📋 Description

• Obtain, adjust, and validate data imported from other systems into Renaissance products • Work directly with customers to obtain required data • Manage and troubleshoot SIS-to-product data integration issues • Write and update extract scripts and configure import processes • Execute database updates, merges, deletions, and imports while maintaining data integrity • Conduct quality control checks, investigate discrepancies, and resolve integration-related data errors • Respond to escalated data support cases • Provide guidance on ETL processes and data specifications • Deliver clear status updates on issue resolution • Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams on complex data integration challenges and business rules

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree, preferably in Computer/Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or similar field; or equivalent combination of skills and experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation • Foundational technical knowledge including basic ETL processes, SQL querying, sFTP servers, and file path navigation (Linux/Mac OS and Windows) • Strong analytic mindset with exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex data issues • Collaborative approach with willingness to actively engage across cross-functional teams • Excellent customer support skills with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities • Growth mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn new technology and continuously develop technical skills • Experience writing scripts using SQL • Familiarity with Postman, SFTP clients, and API testing tools • Previous experience in data analysis, integration, or technical support roles • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
