📋 Description

• Engage proactively with customers at risk of canceling • Understand customer pain points and craft tailored retention solutions • Use advanced negotiation techniques to reinforce the value proposition and resolve concerns • Maintain deep knowledge of products, services, and the competitive landscape • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations teams • Provide customer service via phone, email, and text • Handle advanced residential billing and service concerns • Update and maintain customer records accurately • Make inbound and outbound retention calls • Work toward save rate, revenue retention, saves-per-call conversion, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer retention, sales, or customer service preferred • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle escalated customer concerns and deliver effective solutions • Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with incentive-based earnings • Proven ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in high-pressure situations • Time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules reliably • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and tracking systems • Ability to make outbound calls and take inbound calls using a dialer or manually • Ability to use computer systems to navigate collections databases effectively • Ability to locate, contact, and resolve delinquent debts using available skills and tools • Outstanding communication skills and ability to achieve one-call resolutions • Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and sound judgment under pressure • High emotional intelligence and a customer-first mindset • Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • High School Diploma
