📋 Description

• Join the small group working directly with CEO Dmytro Klochko • Own features end to end, from idea through the user-facing product • Work directly with the CEO on product priorities and rationale • Turn ambiguous ideas into concrete products without waiting for every question to be answered • Challenge product requirements documents and advocate for stronger solutions • Collaborate with colleagues to discuss and unblock work • Introduce new tools into the engineering workflow • Deliver products to tens of millions of users within weeks • Balance rapid execution with thoughtful problem-solving • Own meaningful product surfaces and prioritize user experience and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level engineering experience • Built and shipped consumer products that reached real users • Track record of driving complex features end to end • Previous founding or early startup experience • Love of coding and agentic engineering • Ability to use available tools to get the job done • Design intuition and taste • First-principles thinking • Product-focused mindset • Fluent English • Ability to write and critique product specifications • Good vibes and low-maintenance working style • Founding engineer or early-stage experience is a bonus • Experience working without a specification is a bonus • Experience shipping impactful consumer products is a bonus
