📋 Description

• Work under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor • Respond to routine residential and commercial customer calls, inquiries, requests and complaints • Resolve customer concerns through limited research and investigation within established guidelines • Handle commercial service changes and contract compliance matters, including service level changes, contractual obligations, billing questions, service cancellations, price increases and equipment issues • Return internal and external calls, emails and facsimiles promptly • Review individual performance metric reports and action plans with the manager • Enter service and route data for billing and route scheduling • Log customer service interactions and update inquiry and resolution information • Perform other job-related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • Appropriate knowledge of the Company’s services and processes • Must successfully complete training on the waste services industry and Republic Services’ processes, services and policies
