📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls from business customers inquiring about Republic Services products and services • Build customer and brand loyalty by addressing inquiries and customer needs professionally • Create customized solutions to acquire new business using sales tactics, training, sales model, and mentoring • Promote products and services to existing customers for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities • Provide sales support to existing customers making account changes • Perform sales retention activities • Meet or exceed customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue metrics • Call, connect, and interact with potential customers using verbal and written communication skills • Assist the residential-focused sales team as business needs arise • Maintain high quality, productivity, and efficiency consistent with continuous quality improvement • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 1 year of experience in call center or sales environment • Spanish bilingual fluency, in a business environment • Self-starter and strong work ethic • Strong research, investigation and problem resolution skills • Strong verbal, written, typing and interpersonal communication skills • Availability to work any 40-hour work week schedule between 7:30am-7:00pm PST Monday through Friday • Work-from-home setup with employee-supplied internet, hard-wired internet connection, and distraction-free work environment • Internet requirements: ping/latency 100ms or less; download 50MBPS; upload 10MPBS; packet loss 0% • Cannot use mobile hotspot, tethering, or satellite ISP service • Must be on video in internal meetings and trainings
