📋 Description

• Respond to escalated customer service concerns professionally and courteously • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and other departments to resolve issues • Follow up with divisions and customers to ensure resolution through a closed-loop process • Collaborate with Operational Excellence Analysts to identify and streamline processes • Implement process standards that enhance service delivery and customer experience • Identify potential employee company policy violations and notify management • Assess contact center and site practices and procedures for process improvement opportunities • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Operational Excellence and related areas • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent

🎯 Requirements

• Waste or recycling service industry experience • High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume contact center or customer service environment • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a CRR at a Republic Services Customer Resource Center • CRR experience must include a performance review rating of meets expectations and/or meeting all performance metric goals • Solid understanding of call center terminology • Proficiency in MS SharePoint, MS Excel, and MS Word • Customer service experience within the waste industry • Salesforce experience • Capture experience • Knowledge management tools experience
