📋 Description

• Lead tax engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Build strong relationships with rapidly growing businesses, successful entrepreneurs, and family offices • Deliver high-quality tax compliance and consulting services • Manage quarterly tax projections and ad hoc client requests • Facilitate and manage preparation and review of federal and state tax returns • Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax filings • Find and implement process improvements in tax procedures • Provide expert guidance and support to customers • Work during normal business hours, such as 9am to 5pm, to respond to client requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Tax • CPA or CPA candidate (REQUIRED) • 6+ years (minimum) working in public accounting (REQUIRED) • Experience working in a client-facing role • Ability to communicate with business leaders via email, phone, and video calls • Tech-forward; ability to learn new software and comfortable using technology in general • Independent worker • Ability to coach and train associates • Experience using CCH Axcess (nice to have) • Experience using SafeSend Suite (nice to have) • Prior experience working with small to medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, family offices, and individual owners (nice to have) • Available to work during normal business hours, such as 9am to 5pm
