• Partner with hiring leaders and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and strategies • Manage full cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and references • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across priority skill areas • Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning • Promote Resmed’s Employer Value Proposition to attract top talent • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize sourcing approaches • Drive process improvement, efficiency, and compliance with hiring policies • Contribute to TA projects and initiatives that enable scalable hiring solutions • Ensure a consistent and high quality candidate experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience • Full cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced environment • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes • Sound judgment and problem solving capability • Experience supporting corporate functions, with a strong preference for accounting and finance hiring • Experience with Workday, VNDLY, or similar systems • Experience working in global or matrixed organizations • Track record of driving process improvements or TA initiatives
