• Reporting to the Director of Human Resources Operations, manage RTSL's global benefits strategy • Provide exemplary employee support and strategic systems management • Oversee the design, evaluation, and delivery of benefits • Advise leadership on competitive, cost-effective options for RTSL's global workforce • Ensure data integrity, process alignment, and compliance with all regulations • Serve as primary liaison to employees for benefits and leave matters
• 8+ years' progressive HR experience in benefits, payroll and HRIS administration • Experience working for a global NGO and administering benefits across different geographies • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field
