📋 Description

• Review RFP requirements and plan and manage pricing activities throughout the RFP process. • Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and outside partners to ensure alignment with evolving client solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product and service cost components. • Collect, manage, and validate internal and subcontractor inputs for the final pricing model. • Create and drive delivery deadlines and obtain formal approvals before proposal submission. • Complete proposal documentation, internal records, and opportunity-specific finance data in Salesforce. • Analyze historical benchmarks, industry standards, sales trends, competitor intelligence, market factors, and client feedback to establish competitive pricing. • Present pricing models and financial analysis to leadership for final approval. • Incorporate learned knowledge into pricing models to improve margins and win rates and align pricing strategies with business goals and revenue targets. • Implement best practices and continuous process improvements. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, energy, engineering or related field of study. • 1-3 years’ of experience in business consulting, finance, engineering, or a related field. • Intermediate Microsoft Excel capabilities. • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools (Salesforce), and BI/BA platforms and tools. • Financial and analytical acumen with experience using and maintaining pricing tools and templates. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Dynamic presentation skills. • Collaborative, curious, proactive, and engaged with the leadership team. • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. • If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may be required. • Preferred: operations analysis or business consulting experience. • Preferred: pricing template or tool development, model and scenario building. • Preferred: financial analysis or corporate finance experience. • Preferred: experience presenting to senior team members. • Preferred: client-facing experience.
