📋 Description

• Lead solution design conversations directly with clients and prospects and own the solution narrative in sales meetings • Blueprint detailed solutions spanning data, analytics, automation, agentic workflows, and process transformation across BPM, Consulting, Audit, Compliance, Tech Services, and AI/Agentic capabilities • Conduct needs assessments and lead consultative client discussions across carrier, MGA, and broker segments • Collaborate with OpEx and Finance to model and price deals • Own solution assumptions feeding the pricing model • Participate in pricing approval gates to identify over-commitment or margin risk • Translate emerging AI capabilities into deployable, client-ready solution designs with the AI Factory and AI Strategists • Document repeatable solution patterns and contribute to packaged offering development • Train Commercial Leaders and Client Executives on solution design fundamentals and new offerings • Participate in New Business Meetings to provide early-stage solution input • Standardize and streamline assessment and proposal workflows across the GTM team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; any field • 10+ years in solution design, pre-sales consulting, or operations advisory in insurance or BPO • Experience designing multi-tower solutions in an insurance context across carriers, MGAs, or brokers • Familiarity with AI, automation, and agentic workflow concepts in insurance operations • Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses and proposal development • Deep P&C insurance operations knowledge across carriers, MGAs, and brokers • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% domestically for client-site work • Insurance designations (CIC, CPCU, AINS) preferred • Technical or consulting certifications a plus
