📋 Description

• Perform audit reviews across all audit types, focusing on the oldest audits in the queue and providing reviewer coverage • Conduct secondary reviews for paid review accounts and higher-level audit reviews requiring advanced quality assurance expertise • Monitor audit queues and help resolve audit bottlenecks • Review self-review audits submitted directly to billing for eligibility and quality requirements • Monitor audit reports for trends and recurring issues • Track carrier return data and recommend process improvements • Collaborate with leadership on quality monitoring strategies and data analysis • Pull and analyze audit files to identify performance strengths and gaps • Share review results with leadership for delivery to the original auditor • Conduct test-audit reviews for designated carriers • Support onboarding through shadowing opportunities and ongoing chat-based mentorship • Fill in on Zoom, Learning Academy, and other team initiatives • Promote open, solution-oriented communication, teamwork, shared goals, and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 5+ years of reviewing audits experience or a combination of reviewing and premium auditing experience, such as workers' compensation or general liability • WCIRB CompEssentials certification preferred • Experience with Nexus or other audit management platforms • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment • Microsoft Office proficiency • Excellent ability to navigate change • Candidates must reside within the United States • Must be willing to participate in a background check and drug screening if selected
