📋 Description

• End-to-end responsibility for demand generation with a focus on predictable lead volume and efficient acquisition costs (CPL/CAC) • Planning, implementation and optimization of lead generation initiatives • Selection of suitable acquisition channels and prioritization based on performance • Independently manage and optimize budgets based on ROI and performance • Ensure KPI transparency across leads, costs and conversion rates • Regular analysis of metrics and derivation and consistent implementation of actions • Systematic testing of new setups and scaling of approaches that work • Optimizing performance along a clearly defined, existing funnel in close coordination with Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in demand generation or performance-driven lead generation in the B2B environment • Highly numbers- and data-driven • Confident with KPIs such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates and funnel metrics • Hands-on mentality • Experience in scaling or growth phases • Structured, pragmatic and impact-oriented • Ownership of results, not just activities
