📋 Description

• Update patient accounts with information received from hospitals • Follow up with Contact Specialist • Access client connections and computer systems to obtain information required to update accounts • Monitor requests to ensure they do not age beyond the required timeframe • Perform special projects or assigned tasks • Assist IT in resolving access issues • Serve as a liaison between claims representatives and providers • Facilitate timely resolution of client accounts

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing • Demonstrated high-level customer service skills for external and internal customers • Ability to work independently and follow through with minimal direction • Knowledge of or ability to learn client and Operations processes • Ability to produce accurate work with attention to detail • Organization and prioritization skills • Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision • Must have working knowledge of Excel and Word • Ability to gain proficiency with varied hospital databases • Eagerness to learn new technologies and internal applications • Strong computer navigation skills • Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously • Must reside in the United States within one of the listed states • Secure internet connection with download speeds over 20 Mbps and upload speeds over 10 Mbps • Quiet, distraction-free home work environment • Employment eligibility in the United States • Successful background check
