📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of automated test frameworks for web and backend applications • Own and evolve Revecore's QA automation strategy • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams on build and release processes • Design, write, and maintain automated UI, API, database, and integration tests • Conduct manual exploratory and regression testing as needed • Analyze, document, and manage defects and validate fixes • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend verification • Mentor QA engineers on automation best practices, coding standards, frameworks, and tools • Collaborate during requirement reviews, design sessions, and sprint planning • Participate in Agile ceremonies and promote a quality-first mindset • Align automation goals with product delivery objectives • Provide QA metrics and reports on coverage, test results, and defect trends • Improve QA processes and establish standards for automation, documentation, and version control • Support off-hours production deployments to validate release stability and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 4 years focused on QA automation • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for web and backend applications • Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing • Hands-on experience with Playwright, Reqnroll (BDD/Gherkin), NUnit, and HttpClient, or equivalent • Strong hands-on C# programming skills • Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries for data validation • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools • Solid understanding of .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Angular applications • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience • Eligibility to work in the United States • Successful completion of employment verification and background check • Must reside in the United States within one of the listed states
