📋 Description

• Investigate health insurance claims and bills to ensure claims resolution • Follow up on unresolved claims • Facilitate payment of claims for Veterans' Affairs and its affiliates • Attend comprehensive instructor-led training with interactive discussions and hands-on activities • Participate actively in training and remain on camera • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls • Meet individual productivity and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously • Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics • Ability to remain organized while multitasking • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills • Clear verbal and written communication • Investigative mindset • Experience in a professional office environment • General understanding of insurance billing is a plus, but not required • Experience with billing and appealing denied health claims is a plus, but not required • Private, distraction-free home workspace • Secure internet connection • Home internet speeds greater than 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Must reside in the United States within one of the listed states • Eligibility to work in the U.S. • Employment history verification and successful background check • Ability to participate on camera during training and work • Full focus during scheduled work hours and ability to meet productivity expectations • Ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
