📋 Description

• Work at the intersection of Product Design and Frontend Engineering • Turn design intent into polished, production-quality experiences • Move between Figma and code, resolving specification gaps and making technical and design trade-offs • Help shape how complex product experiences feel when shipped • Collaborate closely with designers and engineers • Take responsibility for the final quality of customer-facing work • Learn the product, customers, and teams • Familiarize yourself with the design system, component library, and frontend stack • Talk to customers to understand their needs • Contribute to and own design engineering work • Ship projects end-to-end from design through implementation • Discover opportunities and build customer-value solutions • Raise the bar for interaction quality, frontend craft, accessibility, and implementation quality • Contribute to the evolution of the design system, shared components, reusable patterns, tooling, and design-to-code workflows • Deliver product improvements from exploration through production and iteration • Advocate for craft, customer value, and thoughtful technical judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record building substantial production UI and bridging design and frontend engineering in complex product environments • Ability to translate design intent into polished production experiences with a high bar for layout, typography, interaction, motion, responsiveness, accessibility, and detail • Clear, maintainable frontend code skills • Ability to reason about state, component architecture, performance, testing, and edge cases • Strong design judgment and ability to make decisions when specifications are incomplete or constraints arise • Systems thinking, including knowing when to reuse, extend, or create patterns and abstractions • Ability to make trade-offs between customer value, design quality, technical feasibility, scope, and risk • Close collaboration with Design and Engineering and ownership of quality through implementation and follow-up • Clear communication in a remote, asynchronous environment • Ability to use modern tools, including AI-assisted development, while understanding, evaluating, debugging, and evolving shipped work • Excitement about RevenueCat’s mission to help developers make more money • Personally written and shipped production frontend code • Comfort working hands-on with modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript
