📋 Description

• Write and improve website copy, including homepage content, procedural pages, doctor bios, Google Business Profile content, and patient review introductions • Execute SEO content strategies developed by SEO Analysts • Create clear, approachable content explaining each client’s practice and specialty • Conduct research and competitive analysis • Proofread and self-edit all work • Apply SEO best practices and integrate target keywords naturally • Proofread social media content and paid media landing pages • Write or review video scripts as needed • Contribute content for infographics • Receive briefs and customer questionnaires for content projects • Track projects in JIRA and HubSpot • Meet turnaround timelines of 1 week for time-sensitive requests and 2 to 3 weeks for standard requests • Communicate proactively about timeline risks • Collaborate directly with clients on complex projects or special requests • Understand client goals, brand, target audience, and practice details

🎯 Requirements

• Skilled and creative writer able to translate technical dental and medical concepts into clear, engaging copy • Demonstrated experience creating copy that drives traffic and conversions for SEO and SEM campaigns • Advanced proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail • Online portfolio or writing samples required • Passion for leveraging AI tools while prioritizing content quality and accuracy • Ability to self-manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate early about challenges • Solutions-oriented, positive, and collaborative attitude • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience integrating them into copywriting • Strong storytelling ability for homepage copy, bios, and patient-facing content • Experience creating content for SEO and/or digital marketing campaigns • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt as priorities shift • Previous dental or medical marketing agency experience is a bonus • Certified Medical Content Writer (CMCW) certification is a bonus • Knowledge of the dental industry is a bonus
