📋 Description

• Execute the strategic roadmap for expanding the North America Analytical content portfolio and Lexis+ Protégé foundational content • Grow the content portfolio through author-driven and AI-assisted editorial workflows • Lead content contributors and champion AI-assisted content development • Integrate agentic content platforms and AI tools into editorial workflows while maintaining human oversight • Coach editors and authors on prompt crafting, output evaluation, and AI-supported workflows • Identify opportunities for new content and recommend portfolio expansions • Monitor revenue, product usage, customer feedback, and analytics to drive content and workflow improvements • Partner with Product Managers, Content Strategy, Segment, Marketing, and Sales teams • Support content acquisition, editorial due diligence, integration planning, and onboarding • Manage the content expansion budget and report spending • Manage data and metrics reporting to leadership • Lead and project manage content contractors • Develop content quality review criteria and agentic evaluation solutions • Maintain content maintenance and resourcing plans and drive adoption of editorial systems • Enhance author recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies • Set expectations and provide guidance and feedback to authors and contributors • Manage contributor contracts and resolve performance issues or revise author mix

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required • 4–8 years of experience in legal tech, digital content development, or legal knowledge management • Demonstrated AI fluency with AI-enabled tools for legal research, document summarization, drafting, and editorial review • Skilled in crafting prompts and skills, evaluating and refining outputs, and contributing to AI workflow improvement • Proven ability to manage third-party relationships and achieve business goals • Experience with large, complex data sets and data analysis/visualization tools such as AI, Tableau, and Excel • Strong financial acumen • Advanced communication skills to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization • Commercial mindset and ability to interpret market signals, customer feedback, and data • Adaptability and collaboration
