📋 Description

• Architect, design, and lead scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure for AI/ML workloads • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI models, from data ingestion through model serving and monitoring • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior engineers • Drive best practices for AI/ML platform development, code management, and deployment • Collaborate with AI researchers and software engineers to optimize performance and streamline development and experimentation • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of AI systems • Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative AI solutions • Integrate and orchestrate the full lifecycle of AI and ML projects, bridging researchers and software development teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, ML Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering, with several years in a senior or leadership capacity • 5+ years of deep, expert-level knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), including AI/ML and containerization services • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ML orchestration and platform tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, or Amazon SageMaker • 5-8+ years of deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for managing and scaling AI/ML workloads • 5-8+ years of strong coding skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation • Proficiency with Terraform or Ansible • Experience building automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins • Valid LinkedIn profile and added work links on the resume • Capability to interview in person at the headquarters in Waltham, MA, USA • Ability to work EST hours • Must be a remote US candidate
