• B2B Commercial Consultant working remotely • Focus on consultative sales and active prospecting of new clients
• Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Human Resources, or related fields • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales • Proven experience in active prospecting and hunting for new clients • Experience engaging with HR stakeholders (Managers, HR Business Partners, Directors, CEOs) • Preferable knowledge of service consulting, especially HR • Competencies: Consultative, solution-oriented profile • Skills in negotiation and closing sales • Excellent verbal and written communication • Organization, discipline, and pipeline management (CRM) • Resilience and results-oriented focus
