• B2B Sales Consultant to work remotely • Focus on consultative selling and active prospecting of new clients
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Human Resources, or related fields • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales • Proven experience in active prospecting and client hunting • Experience engaging HR stakeholders (Managers, HR Business Partners, Directors, CEOs) • Preferable knowledge of service consulting, especially in HR • Skills: Consultative, solution-oriented profile • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Organization, discipline, and pipeline management (CRM) • Resilience and results-driven mindset • Plus: Previous experience in HR consulting, Recruitment & Selection, or Training • Active professional network in the corporate market • Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, Solution Selling, Challenger Sale) • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools
