• Prospect and engage B2B leads (outbound and/or inbound) • Make initial contact with decision-makers (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email) • Qualify leads based on criteria such as pain points, profile, budget and purchase timing • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team • Record and update information in the CRM • Act consultatively, understanding the client's context and needs • Meet targets for contacts, qualifications and scheduled meetings
• Knowledge/experience with CRM • Experience with B2B prospecting and lead qualification • Proactive, autonomous profile with a strong focus on pipeline generation • Experience using LinkedIn as an active prospecting channel • Ambition to build a large network with major industry players • Seeks personal and professional growth • Aims to become one of Brazil's top corporate SDRs
