📋 Description

• Configure, install, troubleshoot, network, maintain, and train users on a wide variety of products and services • Provide consulting and strategic professional support to solve high-end product and recurring problems • Lead technical and problem-sharing efforts and instruct others on processes • Seek opportunities to increase utilization of Ricoh equipment, supplies, and services • Assemble, adjust, maintain, and share expertise on products and equipment operations • Promote Ricoh support functions and offerings and manage customer needs • Manage personal time and schedule while assisting with multiple-solution scheduling • Maintain productive relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel • Execute workload management and call-handling procedures • Perform customer training, equipment and workflow observation, and solution presentations • Meet response-time, repair-time, quality, productivity, and cost-control objectives • Complete administrative tasks, logs, processes, reports, and tracking-system records • Maintain assigned car stock or customer on-site inventory • Participate in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy for roles involving extensive personal-car use • High school diploma required • Computer, electronics, mechanics, basic networking, basic connectivity, and printing software application classes or experience desired • Meet the Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program requirements for the assigned role • Advanced technology skills for independent work • Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications • Proficiency using computers, mobile technology, and associated applications or systems • Advanced multitasking and prioritization skills • Organizational, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills • Ability to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions • Ability to handle highly confidential information • Ability to resolve conflict and overcome technical, customer, and logistical obstacles • Extensive daily travel by automobile or on foot between customer locations; outdoor work and varied weather conditions may occur • Occasional overnight travel may be required • Ability to move wheeled objects up to 400 pounds and lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, ladder use, and dexterity with calculators, keyboards, and hand tools • Shift work, overtime, standby, and/or on-call availability may be required
