📋 Description

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites • Deliver on-site mail and print services, hospitality support, reception/front desk coverage, shipping and receiving, courier coordination, and printer fleet management • Travel locally, including day trips to post offices and satellite office locations, to support client operations • Collaborate with management to enhance operational processes and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights • Assist with implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions • Support Field Implementation Managers • Build positive customer relationships through a service-first approach • Adapt to new challenges and deliver exceptional service across the assigned geographical area

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience • Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50-mile radius • Availability for shifts between 7am–7pm, with possible overtime and weekends • Regular use of a personal vehicle • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting or exceeding company-required coverage • Data-driven and innovative approach • Excellent communication abilities and customer-centric mindset • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, climb, and lift or move items up to 50 lbs • Additional education beyond high school is encouraged • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer operations is a plus • Prior customer service or related experience is a plus • Commitment to ongoing education and development
