âą Provide technical, administrative, programmatic, and analysis support to the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP) client âą Help assess program and scientific impact âą Design and execute evaluation activities âą Synthesize data into actionable next steps âą Collect, clean, and organize program and biomedical research output/outcome data âą Analyze datasets, including intellectual property data, to identify trends, patterns, and insights âą Create data visualizations, summaries, and briefing materials for scientific and military audiences âą Track and manage data-related tasks and deliverables âą Document data sources, methods, and outputs âą Develop and maintain tools and templates for standardized data management âą Respond to data requests, including taskers and program-specific tasks, and monitor centralized communications âą Conduct quality checks on datasets and reports âą Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data needs and priorities âą Perform other job-related duties as assigned
âą Bachelor's degree in science, health, healthcare or related area âą 4+ years of professional experience in a related biomedical or public health field âą Electronic database and spreadsheet experience âą Ability to prepare and maintain complex spreadsheets âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills âą Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills âą Ability to track progress on multiple assigned tasks by priority and communicate potential scheduling issues âą Highly efficient and extremely detail oriented, with capacity for detailed organization and synthesis of abstract and disparate information âą Ability to work independently and know when to seek assistance âą Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity software âą Basic knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint âą NACI clearance âą Master's degree in a biomedical-related field (preferred) âą Intermediate to advanced Excel skills âą Experience with Power Apps building dashboards âą Basic knowledge of AI tools, including their limitations and risks, and their application to project management tasks âą Experience conducting systematic assessments of program or project inputs, activities, and outputs
