📋 Description

• Monitor new and emerging employment regulations across U.S. federal, state, and international jurisdictions • Develop and maintain a compliance register and ownership mapping • Document, assign, and track compliance risks and obligations • Develop and maintain compliance playbooks and operating standards • Support international employment compliance governance across multiple jurisdictions • Maintain audit-ready compliance controls and documentation • Coordinate internal and external audit activity, including documentation, evidence organization, and audit response coordination • Support preparation and submission of statutory government reports, including mandated federal and state workforce filings • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisory resource on compliance requirements • Establish and communicate compliance guardrails for operational teams • Support development and implementation of accessible guidance • Contribute to compliance education efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR compliance, employment law operations, or a related field with direct exposure to compliance program management • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulatory frameworks, including FLSA, EEO, FCRA, and related requirements • Experience with compliance risk identification, gap assessment, or audit coordination • Demonstrated ability to manage HR policy governance processes, including review cycles, version control, and legal alignment • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent compliance programs • Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS • Familiarity with international employment compliance preferred • Experience supporting HR compliance programs in a multi-jurisdictional or global environment preferred • Background in audit readiness, regulatory response, or compliance documentation standards preferred • Experience developing compliance playbooks, standard operating procedures, or governance frameworks used by HR partner or operational teams preferred
