📋 Description

• Building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers • Assisting the Select Specialists and Producers and responding to client/carrier communications as assigned • Leveraging commercial P&C insurance knowledge and expertise to actively service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities • Fostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications • Nurturing professional relationships with carriers with consistent carrier contact • Participating in the retention of renewal business by supporting the Select Specialists • Ensuring the client has continuous and proper coverage by assisting the Select Specialist

🎯 Requirements

• 1 - 3 years’ experience of Commercial Lines client management experience • Valid STATE P&C brokers’ license • College degree preferred • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred • Knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis/procedures & experience reporting
