📋 Description

• Lead administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Seaware reservation system for sales, operations, and accounting needs • Oversee system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades with IT, Finance, and Operational teams • Monitor system performance and data integrity and prevent errors or downtime • Ensure accurate mapping of reservation data to the financial accounting system • Manage payments, refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments within Seaware • Oversee accounting controls and reconciliation between Seaware and financial systems • Partner with Finance, Revenue Management, Sales, and IT to define requirements and deliver solutions • Provide subject matter expertise for financial features, system upgrades, and process improvements • Serve as primary contact for finance-related Seaware issues, troubleshooting, and escalations • Develop dashboards and reports tracking outstanding balances • Analyze reservation and financial data trends and anomalies and recommend corrective action or process changes • Prepare audit documents and respond to internal and external auditor inquiries • Manage and mentor Seaware analysts and support specialists • Establish best practices, standard operating procedures, and training programs • Champion continuous improvement to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar Business Integration Role, preferably in the Luxury Cruise Industry • Proven experience delivering and implementing the Seaware reservation system for well-established cruise lines • Proven experience in accounting and revenue recognition methodology in the cruise line industry • Deep knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, Amadeus, Salesforce, and Seaware • Deep knowledge of cruise line processes in a startup context to build and adapt the mentioned systems • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs from conception to delivery
