📋 Description

• Build SaaS products in a modern SaaS environment • Lead engineering for platform and core systems • Develop, evolve, and maintain high-volume, scalable solutions • Organize engineering teams to deliver customer value iteratively • Hire, build teams, lead and coach managers, and manage performance • Work with architecture and product management leaders to develop and execute a shared product and technical vision • Apply best practices in scalable delivery, site reliability engineering, and developer experience • Work effectively in a fully remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership building SaaS products in a modern SaaS environment • 5+ years of experience at the director level or higher • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI development tools • Experience and knowledge of best practices for scalable delivery, core platform systems, site reliability engineering, and developer experience • Experience developing, evolving, and maintaining high-volume, scalable solutions • Deep understanding of organizing engineering teams to deliver customer value iteratively • Skilled at hiring, building teams, leading and coaching managers, and performance management • Demonstrated success working with architecture and product management leaders to develop and execute a shared product and technical vision • Experience in a fully remote environment
