📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations across multiple operating companies from requirements gathering through go-live and post-launch support • Develop implementation plans, timelines, milestones, readiness criteria, and risk mitigation strategies • Partner with finance, accounting, operations, and branch leadership to understand current processes and design future-state workflows • Serve as the primary functional liaison with the external NetSuite implementation partner • Provide functional guidance on workflows, approval hierarchies, user roles, dashboards, reporting, and core transaction processes • Coordinate data mapping, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation • Lead user acceptance testing and ensure configuration, integrations, permissions, and reporting meet business requirements • Develop cutover and go-live plans • Create training materials and provide hands-on training for accounting, administrative, operational, and field-based users • Provide on-site support during go-live and stabilization, troubleshoot issues, and drive user adoption • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls, workflow efficiency, scalability, and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of experience supporting ERP implementations, enterprise system deployments, or finance-process transformation initiatives • Meaningful hands-on NetSuite experience • Experience across requirements gathering, process design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, cutover, and post-launch support • Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, general ledger, AP/AR, approval workflows, and financial reporting • Experience implementing or standardizing systems across multiple entities, branches, locations, or acquired businesses • Experience within a private equity-backed, acquisition-driven, multi-location, or field-services organization strongly preferred • Hands-on and highly organized approach • Ability to work independently • Ability to work with executives, accounting teams, implementation partners, and field-based employees • Ability to translate complex system concepts into practical solutions • Willingness to travel regularly to operating companies
