📋 Description
• Supervise and develop the firm’s paralegal and case management staff • Ensure cases are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with firm procedures • Provide day-to-day leadership • Monitor case progress and employee performance • Work closely with attorneys and management to maintain high standards of case management and client service
🎯 Requirements
• 1 year PI front end management experience • Prior team lead experience • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage employees, competing priorities, and deadlines • Strong knowledge of the firm’s case management system and office technology
