📋 Description

• Architect, design, and evaluate hardware and software server solutions. • Lead complex system implementations and configurations on supported server hardware and software platforms. • Maintain expert knowledge and set standards for server configurations. • Occasionally act as project leader for Technical Services and Information Services and Technology projects. • Provide complex server engineering support for Information Services & Technology customers. • Provide server technical expertise on infrastructure and customer-requested projects. • Architect and design fail-safe storage solutions for server systems. • Perform strategic planning and development, system maintenance, and performance management. • Analyze project needs and requirements and recommend systems for enterprise integration. • Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans and status updates to the PMO and stakeholders. • Provide technical support for hardware and systems within the RRH infrastructure. • Provide input into annual capital and expense budgeting for desktop and system engineering infrastructure. • Assign and monitor work, gather resources, implement productivity standards, resolve operational problems, maintain reference manuals, and implement new procedures. • Orient and train employees and develop personal growth opportunities. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred. • Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills. • Minimum 5-10 years of experience with computer servers, including Windows Server and cloud service providers such as Azure or AWS. • Required Licensure/Certification Skills: None.
