📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Roo contact for assigned veterinarians • Act as an advocate for veterinarians when decisions affect them • Identify risks before they lead to churn • Drive revenue growth and retention • Use booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights to understand each veterinarian’s needs • Prioritize weekly activities based on data • Represent Roo at veterinary events, community programming, and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in a CT, PST, or MT timezone • Ability to build and maintain veterinary professional relationships • Ability to use booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights • Data-informed decision-making and risk identification • Willingness to represent Roo at vet events, community programming, and conferences • Alignment with Roo’s core values: Bias to Urgency, Drive Measurable Impact, Seek Understanding, Solve Customer Problems, and Have Fun
