📋 Description

• Complete RRD's four-month Associate Development Program training • Learn and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation • Prospect and cold call to build new accounts • Shadow sales representatives, with some travel required • Assist senior sales representatives with sourcing, securing, and managing new and existing business • Attend internal and external sales meetings • Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers • Build a sales funnel for the post-training assignment • Continue developing sales-industry knowledge through marketing and sales publications • Perform related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields (Preferred) • Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High motivation to learn • Ability to make data-driven decisions and explain return on investment to customers • Ability to make decisions and solve problems • Driven and motivated to succeed in sales • Prior experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce (Preferred) • Sales internship or experience selling • Reliable transportation to and from clients within the designated territory • Must live in Grand Rapids, MI • Successful completion of a pre-employment background screen and drug screen • Some travel required
