📋 Description

• Review, verify, and enter invoices in the AP System (Stampli) and code them to correct general ledger accounts in the ERP (Costpoint) • Match invoices with purchase orders and route invoices through proper approvals • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies • Manage the accounts payable inbox, retrieve pertinent AP documents, and respond to vendor inquiries • Maintain accurate prepaid schedules • Assist with monthly cost accruals • Reconcile Accounts Payable and Credit Card accounts monthly • Process travel and expense reimbursements, evaluate corporate card needs, and manage subcontractor labor expenses • Maintain accurate accounts payable records between Stampli and Costpoint • Assist with other ad-hoc activities • Follow RSI security policies and procedures • Protect sensitive, confidential, and regulated data • Report suspected security incidents immediately • Complete required annual security awareness training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience • Ability to navigate and use accounting systems • Understanding of assigned subject matter and ability to explain it to others • Ability to review work and provide corrections when needed • Experience with Costpoint preferred • Experience with Stampli preferred • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Follow all RSI security policies and procedures • Protect sensitive, confidential, and regulated data, including FTI, PII, and client data • Report suspected security incidents immediately • Complete required annual security awareness training
