📋 Description

• Perform the full cycle of accounts payable activities including coding, data entry, invoice validation and payment processing. • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of invoices. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and prepare reports as needed. • Record financial transactions in the general ledger. • Prepare and post journal entries to reflect account balances accurately. • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. • Assist in month-end close activities and provide necessary support to the Corporate Controller. • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Corporate Controller.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Full Cycle AP • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with Accounting Software Systems • Associate degree in accounting, finance or related field
