📋 Description

• Work closely with the Portfolio Program Managers and functional counterparts to manage successful execution of contracts • Provide guidance regarding contractual and business issues, advising management of contractual rights and obligations as well as possible mitigation of contractual / program risks • Perform as key contributor during the pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and start up phases of programs • Lead Contracts support to Request for Proposal (RFP) assessments, proposal generation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and compliance with USG regulation and company policy • Support program management and execution reviews • Work independently in a fast-paced / multitask environment • Develop effective partnerships with customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years' prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' of experience • 5 years' of Department of War (DoW) Contacts experience • Experience with US Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and / or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
