📋 Description

• Participate in the Raytheon Cooperative Education Program • Participate in monthly engagement seminars • Complete required Raytheon training • Participate in security clearance activities • Meet with a mentor • Spend 2–4 hours per month supporting co-op activities • Learn customer mission concepts and technologies • Learn systems engineering principles, including requirements, architecture, design, and testing • Learn software engineering approaches, artificial intelligence, and agile development techniques • Learn platform and software infrastructure basics, including CI/CD • Upon graduation and clearance approval, transition to a full-time onsite position in Richardson, Texas supporting the design, development, and maintenance of mission systems

🎯 Requirements

• Senior or Post-Graduate student graduating/completing studies in December 2027 in Computer Science or related STEM major • Minimum of 90 credit hours by the start of the internship/co-op session • Experience developing object-oriented software using Java in a Linux environment • Ability to troubleshoot software errors and provide fixes in an IDE such as Eclipse or VSCode • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
